Abstract

In this turbulent era, often called the VUCA era (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous), religious values become very important in building stability and ethics amid uncertainty. The VUCA era is characterized by rapid change, high uncertainty, intricate complexity, and difficult-to-interpret ambiguity. This article explains the urgency of religious values in facing the challenges of the VUCA era and identifies the benefits of religious values in that context. The method used in preparing this paper is descriptive-qualitative, and it is included in library research. From the study, religious values are important in building stability and ethics in the VUCA era. In the face of rapid change and high complexity, religious values can provide a moral foundation, spiritual direction, and a solid framework. By strengthening religious values in daily life, individuals and communities can face uncertainty confidently, make decisions based on good ethics, and maintain social harmony amid a changing environment
