Curriculum Management in Pesantren-Based Madrasah Aliyah: Science and Technology Integration at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Minhajut Tholabah Bukateja Purbalingga Central Java

This study examines curriculum management at Madrasah Aliyah Minhajut Tholabah Bukateja Purbalingga, which integrates pesantren, science, and technology. The importance of this study lies in the effort to balance religious values with the demands of scientific and technological advancements in education. The main issue faced is how to design an effective and relevant curriculum that addresses the needs of the digital era without neglecting pesantren principles. This research aims to evaluate managerial strategies in implementing a pesantren-based curriculum that includes science and technology aspects. The research methods used include case studies with in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The main findings show that curriculum integration successfully enhances educational quality by strengthening science and technology skills without sacrificing pesantren values. A significant finding is the development of an innovative curriculum model, which can serve as a reference for other madrasahs in creating synergy between religious values and modern educational needs
