Abstract

Parenting patterns towards children greatly influence children’s behavior, especially in the current digital era. As parents, you must be able to choose effective parenting patterns so that children’s behavior does not deviate. The parenting patterns given by parents to children aim to meet their physical and psychological needs. children. With the rapid development of technology, it can cause both positive and negative values to experience many changes for humans. Parents strive to educate children with democratic, positive, effective, constructive and transformative parenting. The digital era is not the time again, parents educate with violence or coercion. In this way, parents give freedom but still have to supervise their children. Therefore, as wise parents, they are able to play a role in using and utilizing digital media properly and correctly, as well as supervising them child.
