Matnu al-Jurumiyah is a book that contains fundamental rules for learning Arabic grammar. The material presented in this book is concise and directly addresses the core topics in a well-structured manner, making it one of the most widely used introductory references for beginners studying Arabic before progressing to more complex nahwu texts. This particular version is a translation of the original work by Sheikh Ibn al-Jurrum, presented in the Sundanese-Arabic Pegon script format. The aim of this study is to identify the contents, structural composition, and presentation format of Matnu al-Jurumiyah by Ibn al-Jurrum. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a historical approach, focusing on text analysis and the author's background. The data obtained through analysis and interpretation reveals the book's rich linguistic elements and modifications, demonstrating adaptations made to align Arabic script with local language usage, integrated with phonological approaches in its presentation. This reflects a harmonious blend between Arabic as a scholarly language and Sundanese as an effective and communicative medium of instruction
