Abstract

Workshop is a place of activity, to review in terms of its management, the workshop also has a strategic function to gain trust and satisfaction in management. The workshop itself includes a systematic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation with regard to space. This study discusses religion and culture through a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology is an approach to understanding religion. Phenomenology is a way that can be experienced in religious life, this phenomenology can usually be felt, experienced or done. Phenomenology is a way of understanding one’s religion that includes most businesses in assessing their options and commitments neutrally in preparation for the reconstruction of other people’s experiences. Religion and culture are units that are bound by belief and the preservation of cultural customs that have existed for a long time. Therefore, religion and culture are not separated but must have an understanding between the two. This article aims to understand the relationship between religion and culture from a phenomenological perspective so that there are no mistakes.
