PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN SERTIFIKASI HALAL SEBAGAI NILAI TAMBAH PRODUK UMKM DESA SIKANCO : KKN 52 UIN PROF. K.H. SAIFUDDIN ZUHRI PURWOKERTO

Abstract

Most Indonesian citizens are people who are Muslim or Muslim. So, every citizen
who has a food business or culinary business requires business legality in the
form of halal certification. Therefore, a very important aspect in the development
of small or medium enterprises (MSMEs) is the need for business legality in the
form of NIB (Business Identification Number) and Halal Certificates for MSME
actors which will later be developed. In the halal certification empowerment
program and community service in Sikanco Village which was carried out in
the 79 KKN 52 UIN SAIZU Purwokerto group, the aim is to provide assistance
to all MSME actors in making NIB (Business Identification Number) and Halal
Certification for the local Sikanco Village community. The methods used in this
halal certification empowerment program are Observation, Socialization of
Assistance for NIB and Halal Certification, and Implementation of Assistance for
NIB and Halal Certification. The number of MSME actors is 21 MSME actors in
making NIB and 17 MSME actors who have received Halal Certification.
